Thanksgiving… Fitness Style!


What are the best dishes for a low-carb Thanksgiving?


A great low carb Thanksgiving is really difficult because of the history of this heavy meal.  In my family’s case we serve a terrific green salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, hearts of palm, along with an orange, apple, and small peppers, that are sweet but in no way a carbohydrate.

For the main dish along with the turkey you should prepare, more vegetables  such as green beans, asparagus, or broccoli.

It is difficult not to serve stuffing….. mashed potatoes, and that great whole cranberry sauce with citrus juice for that great tart flavor.
